Consultation & Site Analysis
The first step is to talk about your needs, preferences, and budget. During this meeting, the experts at SevenO2 will get to know you, your lifestyle and what your requirements may be.
After the initial consultation, we will perform a site analysis to evaluate the property’s location, orientation, topography, and other factors that may affect the home’s design. This analysis will help us create a plan that maximizes the site’s potential and takes advantage of its natural surroundings.
Design Development
After your site analysis, we’ll create a preliminary design concept for your home. This may include sketches, 3D models, or other visual representations to help you visualize the proposed design.
After you approve the conceptual design, we will refine and develop the design to create a more detailed plan. This may involve additional drawings, specifications, and other documents that outline the home’s layout, materials, and finishes. Once finalized, we will then create a set of construction documents that detail the home’s construction requirements.
Construction Administration
After the construction documents are complete, SevenO2 will walk you through the construction timeline and schedule. We will consult with you on materials and details that may arise throughout the building process. Communication is key in making sure your home is being built to your needs.
During the construction phase, we will be onsite to ensure that the construction is progressing and is being done to the specifications outline in the design and construction documents.
Inspection and Occupancy
Once construction is complete, SevenO2 will perform a final inspection to ensure that the home meets the design and construction requirements. We will then help you in obtaining any necessary occupancy permits and certificates that may be needed for you to move into your new dream home.
